KINETiQ DIGITAL was launched by Len Pagon and Nathan Carmon, the principals who started and built Brulant / Rosetta into a top 10 (and the largest privately held) digital agency. Our KINETiQ DIGITAL team consists of senior level thought and delivery leaders with demonstrated success delivering high value integrated digital solutions that yield meaningful business results.

 
2001 Brulant, formerly New Media, is born as a digital agency [26 employees]

2005 Ad Age ranks Brulant as the 36th largest interactive marketing firm [250 employees]
    •    acquired Emergent Marketing (search and media company)
    •    acquired Xteric (technology development company)

2007  Len Pagon named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year

2008 Brulant sold to Private Equity (PE) company, Lindsay Goldberg and combined with marketing agency Rosetta; combined agency becomes a top 10 digital agency [400 employees]

2009 Len Pagon awarded Ohio Venture Association, Venture of the year [750 employees]

2011 Rosetta sold to Publicis for $600MM, the largest deal in the space behind the sale of Digitas to Microsoft

2011 Len Pagon launches PE company NextSparc; Nathan Carmon joins in 2012

2014 KINETiQ DIGITAL established as a digital agency [3 employees]
• acquired Insight Success™ (digital analytics platform and agency)

2015 KINETiQ DIGITAL acquires mobile advertising, marketing, analytics and technology development assets and launches business insight services and technology as Full Transparency(SM)

2016 KINETiQ DIGITAL establishes strategic partnerships with SAP/HYBRIS, Episerver and inRiver [12 employees and growing]
